SCP-409: Contagious Crystal

This dangerous Keter-class object appears as a tall quartz crystal that causes any object or person touching it to turn into crystal over three hours. This process is agonizing, spreads at 2.5 cm per minute, and results in an explosion into, with all fragments possessing the same infectious properties. The only way to stop spreading is granite. I always wanted to make this object because this was the first SCP I learned and started to love the SCP Foundation and read watch more about them.
