Available in two models:

Quick Release for Cockpit

Aluminum structure.
Mounted using an M5 x 20 mm screw, washer, and nut for aluminum structures (as shown in the reference image).
Can be 3D printed in PLA or ABS.
Minimum infill of 40%; for steering wheels heavier than 1.5 kg, a minimum of 60% infill with a gyroid pattern is recommended.
Quick Release for Wall Mounting

Mounted using 4 mm wall plugs and corresponding screws.
Printing materials and instructions are the same as for the cockpit model.
Compatibility:

Compatible with all steering wheels that use this type of quick release.

3D Printing Instructions – Quick Release Steering Wheel Mount
-Recommended Materials
Filament: PLA or ABS

-Nozzle Size: 0.4 mm (minimum)
Layer Height: 0.2 mm for a good balance between quality and strength

-Printing Temperature:
PLA: 200-220°C
ABS: 230-250°C (requires a heated bed and an enclosed environment to prevent warping)

-Bed Temperature:
PLA: 50-60°C
ABS: 90-110°C

-Print Settings
Infill:
Minimum 40%
For steering wheels over 1.5 kg: 60%+ with gyroid infill for better mechanical strength
Perimeters/Walls:
At least 3 perimeters for structural rigidity
Top/Bottom Layers:
At least 5 top and bottom layers
Supports:
Only required if your printer struggles with overhangs
Bed Adhesion:
Brim or Raft recommended for ABS due to thermal shrinkage
Post-Processing (Optional)
Sanding: If necessary, sand lightly to remove rough edges and improve fit
Reinforcement: For extra durability, epoxy resin can be applied to critical areas
