🖨️ RECOMMENDED SETTINGS:
- Material: ABS or ASA (required for heat resistance)
- Layer height: 0.2mm - 0.3mm
- Infill: 100% solid (critical for structural integrity)
- Perimeters: 6+ walls minimum
- Bed temperature: 90-100°C (ABS), 95-100°C (ASA)
- Print temperature: 240-280°C (ABS), 245-285°C (ASA)
- Bed adhesion: Glue stick or ABS slurry recommended
- Enclosure: Highly recommended for ABS/ASA
🖨️ MATERIAL WARNING:
❌ DO NOT print in PLA - softens at 50°C, will warp near workstation
❌ DO NOT print in PETG - insufficient heat resistance for sustained loads
✅ ONLY use ABS or ASA for production use
