3D PRINT FILE SETTINGS (FOR 0.4 MM NOZZLE)

Line Width/ Nozzle: 0.4 mm
First Layer Line Width: 0.48 mm / 120%
Average Speed: 20mm/s (First Layer) / 50mm/s (All the other layers) (Ender like) | 20 mm/s (First Layer) / 250 mm/s (All the other layers on Bambu Lab)
Recommended Initial Layer Height:  0.16 mm
Recommended Layer Height:  0.16 mm
Others: We use (Archimedean Chords) for finishing the top layers.
Recommended Perimeters/ Walls: 3 walls in almost parts, and 2 Wall only on “Base” file.
Recommended Infill (%): 10% (Gyroid) and you will don't use infill, 0% only on light “Base” file.
Needs Support: Yes, (Tree Type).
Build Plate Adhesion: Yes. (Brim) only in the smallest parts with low bed adhesion.
Others: For small part use a 0.12 mm profile for better finishing.
