This is a 2.5" Squarebill Crankbait. The lure is printed in two halves and then glued together.
Hardware Required to Assemble
(3) Alignment Pins (made from 1.75mm filament)
(3) #6 Figure 8 Hook Hangers (Available from https://lurecomponents.worthco.com)
(2) .25" Steel Ball Bearings
I used #6 Treble Hooks w/ #3 Split Rings
Tools Required to Assemble
Razor Blade/Knife
Drill and Bits (1.8mm or a 5/32")
Lighter
CA Glue (superglue)
CA Accelerator
Sand Paper
Paint
Epoxy (to seal everything up)

There are two lure bodies included. One with details (gills) and one plain blank body for use with crayfish stencils. I've included a few stencils as a bonus (Basic Perch Stripes and Crayfish ones. (the Crayfish ones are fragile though) There is also a Blank Step file for the detail lure so you can make your own.)

Added a clear lip version by request. I have not printed or tested this one out myself yet. The lip can be cut from a piece of .093 acrylic (found at big box stores). It is a weird shape but it has to be because of the tie on and weights. (if you make this before me let me know if it works.)

I print this lure in PLA+ with the following settings
(You'll have to experiment with what works best for you.)
Layer Height = .10mm
Top Solid Layers = 4
Bottom Solid Layers = 3
Outline/Perimeter Shells = 3
Supports = I do not use them but you can if you need too.
Infill = 25%
