Here is a pack of 3 doll heads to be used for customizing.
I picked some fairly rare heads with strong features and simplified them for this hobby.
The doll bases are as follows:
Astranova had the huge hole filled and the ridge in the back of the head, smoothed.
Create-a-monster Gorgon's facial features were smoothed.
Create-a-monster 3-eyed ghoul... Well, only has 2 eyes in this version...
Posea and Silvi with regular ears... I had enough of those dolls with their ears cut off in bait lots to figure out that customizers have an issue with those :))

The heads are 3D scanned, cleaned, modified and hollow, to save some material.

They fit original monster high bodies, knockoffs, 3D printed parts.

Scale to 167% if you want the heads to fit the giant 17 inch body.

Using flexible resin would give the best results.
If you use filament, print the heads upside down at 0.1 layer height, with the chin pointing upward. The leftover support will be sanded and hidden underneath the wig.
Use support placement: everywhere, not only touching buildplate.
