Description
Upgrade your 1/10 RC rig with these high-performance tires! These tires feature a unique internal Gyroid lattice structure with cylindrical symmetry, providing a perfect balance of flexibility and structural support.
This design is engineered for performance: each tire weighs only approximately 65g, significantly reducing unsprung weight for better suspension response and agility.
Originally developed and tested with professional materials like silicone rubber and thermoset PU foam, this version has been refined and optimized specifically for TPU filament 3D printing.

Assembly & Orientation
• Alignment: Set the origin of both the Tire and the Support Structure to zero (Origin Point) so they overlap perfectly.
• Rotation: If you need to rotate the model, ensure both the tire and the support structure are rotated simultaneously to maintain alignment.

• Layer Height: 0.24 mm
• Initial Layer Height: 0.28 mm
• Skin Overlap: 15%
• Infill Density: 10%
• Infill Pattern: Gyroid (Crucial for the tire's structural performance)
• Flow Rate: 110%
• Printing Speed: 20 ± 10 mm/s (Slow and steady is recommended for TPU)
• Nozzle Temperature: 225°C ± 5°C (Adjust based on your TPU brand)

• Support Placement: Touching buildplate only
