I purchased your cute siamese mahjong racks. How long is each section? Do you have a file that uses magnets to attach instead of the sticks?
Each section is about 6.5inch, and I will be adding updated versions for free for the people that already bought the file in the near future that include either magnets or puzzle like jigs that lock them in to place better than the poles
I purchased the program and my the only download I get is a 3d picture of the mahj tray. Where is the program needed to print the product. This is my second request.
There is no program, it's an stl file. You need a slicer like cura, orca, or prepriatery slicer like elegoos or bambu labs

How do you want me to assist lol you made a paragraph long rant about how you don't know how to use your slicer and then blamed me for it lmfao, I don't have a multi color printer so I didn't design the file to work for a multi color printer, all you have to do is add a pause in the slicer, ie cura, orca, elegoo whatever you have, after you click prepare and it shows you all the layer lines just drag the slider to layer 27 right click and hit add pause it should be that way in both cura and orca, as well as elegoo, that way the printer pauses automatically and you can swap the filament out when for a diff color when it does, a simple Google search would honestly have told you all of this
Really disappointed. I purchased this file after finding the link on makerworld. That photo shows two colors. I assumed (silly me) thay the file would be ready to go with 2 colors since the printed out photos shows ot asnsuch!! Extremely disappointed. I dont want to have to pause anything or rework the design. I am still in the learning phases, but usually the photo depicts the profile. I spent $10 on a design that is essentially useless to me now
I tried downloading my mahjong solo tray and all I am getting is 3D pics of the product. I am not getting the program to sent to printer.
Hi there, I downloaded the file and I was wondering is it a two color print? It looks like the bottom is one color and everything else is another, but I don’t see that in the file when I open it in Cura
Yea you have to put the pause in for the filament swap your self in cura, I usually do layer 27 or somewhere around there
Is this file ready to go to print or do I have to convert it to a STL?

Do you offer a commercial license for this (allowing to sell 3D prints of this)? I printed one for my wife, and a few of her friends wanted one and now say they have friends who would love to buy one. So I am honest, that goes beyond personal use.

I'm not sure I usually sell the trays I make for about 40-60 for the physical ones so how does 100 sound for the commercial license

Once I get home I'll make another file that has the commercial rights and the fusion file as well I think cults should let me make one, if not I can post my cashapp

Hi, i ordered the Mahjong Tray – Printable Tile Organizer (order • Number #147515387) but after downloading , it opened as a blank file. Is there any special software to open the file ?
It shouldn't be blank, I've tested it on cura, orca, and both elegoo slicers and it opens fine, make sure your slicer is updated and that you actually downloaded the STL and not just the file, if it's in a folder extract the STL so your slicer can read it clearly

They are standard tile size so unless they are using some ginormious tiles there size should be fine
Since there are NO standard size tiles, and I gave you the measurements that was the size of the tiles I want these for, could you please tell me the size of the opening so I know they will fit. Thanks..

there is no 2 color options, the coloros are added by layers line swaps witch happen at layer 27
The file I downloaded is just for one color only. How do I get the LOR and other symbols on it? Thank you
hey so the numbers and letters are essentialy cut into the face, so if you want them to be two colors you need to add a pause to the g code in your slicer and swap the filament, i think layer 26 or 25 is the layer i ususally swapp so it showes the symbols the best
alright i just double checked, add the pause at layer line 27. and i am using orca slicer. idk if your using cura or anything like that

Ummm you probably need a PC as far as I know Ive never used a stl on an iPad , are you slicing your style on the iPad?

I’m particular, I’m wondering about changing that symbol you have to something that fits my company look. Also curious about making the board have scalloped edges around the sides.

Just saw this yes I can do that but if you buy the commercial it'll give you the fusion file aswell
