For the Invincible print, the head of the upper body file is attached to the butt of the legs. Files need to be separated. Otherwise when printing the head will be attached to Invincibles butt. Requesting to be fixed.

:) yes. you need to paint it yourself.If it's your first time I advise calibrate your plate level thoroughly. And put some adhesive. I used liquid glue pen that kids use. If you have some problem while printing you can ask me any time even if it's not this model. I'll be happy if I could help.

How did you bend the hair on the Jinx statue? Did you print in Resin or FDM?
I used FDM printer and for braided hair I've applied some heat with hair dryer and bend it.

I apologize for bothering you, but I would like to ask if it would be possible to receive a refund for my purchase of the Miss Fortune figurine.
I bought the model because I have a commission to create her hat in 3D, so I have been looking for figurines where the hat can be separated from the rest of the model. Your Miss Fortune model seemed like a good option.
Unfortunately, the hat on this model is quite messy and lacks the level of detail I need. When scaled up to real size, it does not look good at all, so I won't be able to use it for my project.
Because of this, I would like to kindly request a refund, as the model is not usable for my intended purpose.
