After checking, nothing is missing. The yellow parts are the real switches to buy, and the red parts are just caps to put on the switches.
The shafts are 10mm long and 2mm in diameter.

either, the grip shape is the same for the Left and Right, it's just mirrored. on the real one the heads are swappable (I'll try and find a picture). I'm potentially going to be flying an aircraft fitted with these grips and they'd be a helpful training aid

I designed the whole assembly like on the real helicopter, and the base houses the potentiometers, but I've never put it online because it's not something you can mount on a simple chair, for example.

Since the friction handle isn't functional without the base, it can be glued to the tube.

I'll post more detailed photos of the assembly soon 👍🏻

If your question is how to wire everything up, I unfortunately can't answer that right now... I don't yet have the expertise for that, but you can find the necessary information online
