Did you use just a generic PLA for this print? I originally found you on etsy and then decided to see if there was somewhere I could get the print as we do 3D printing. Just wanted to make sure I'm using the same filament you used for this. Thanks!

Hi,
Yes, I use PLA+ for my products that I make and sell on Etsy. You probably could also use PETG but I personally haven't tried it out since the supplier I use for filament has a decent price on PLA+ in bulk versus PETG. And I don't have to deal with any of the potential PETG issues.

Hello. I bought the file for the ‘PETKIT PURA X MEDIUM LITTER GUARD’ from you, but the item is completely unsuitable for the litter tray. As soon as my cat enters the toilet, the guard falls off and is therefore useless. I am upset that I paid so much money for this and hereby request a refund. Sorry to hear you are having issues with the Pura X litter guard falling off your machine. We have not had any complaints or issues with this part from other customers who have purchased both the physical item and 3D model to print themselves.
While normally we don't offer refunds for our digital items, since the issue with the part not working on the litter machine can be from various factors during the preparation, slicing, 3D printing process, and installation on the customers end, we have decided to go ahead and issued a refund for your purchase. Please note this is a one time exception to our policy and will not be honored for future purchases.

Are you unable to print it out, which is the issue you are having? As in you don't have a 3D printer to actually make the file? If that is the case I can always refund you your order since you are unable to print out the file.

Hello,
What issues are you having with printing the file? You should have been able to download the files after purchasing and then using your preferred 3D printing slicing software, import the file into that software to generate the code for it to be printed out onto your machine.
