Hi, try downloading another slicer e.g. bambulab and extract the Psyduck coaster folder to bambu.3mf or bambu.stl files.

hello! when you open the file make sure you select all stl extensions, Cura may filter other files by default . Second way check if you have the latest version of Cura updated. if the problem persists let me know

The design is missing the round base for the cup to sit on, the round base and feet. The 3MF file only has the skelton only. We have paid for this design and parts are now missing can this be resent or uploaded thanks
