Upgrade your riding experience with this jump block design especially created for electric unicycles. Its modern, ergonomic shape provides better foot support, improved control, and increased confidence when performing jumps and maneuvers.
The file is fully optimized for 3D printing, allowing you to produce a strong, lightweight, and functional part. Ideal for riders who want to customize their unicycle, save on commercial accessories, and achieve professional results at home or in a workshop.
A practical, tested, and ready-to-print design that makes a real difference on every ride.
It consists of a rigid base designed to be printed in TPU 95A and an additional component intended for TPU 85A printing, which can be easily bonded together using adhesive.
Additionally, it offers the option to print two central core styles in TPU 98A: a simple version and another designed to hold a front light.
The design also includes adapters for side lights with a Garmin-style mounting system, allowing greater customization and functionality based on the user’s needs.
It consists of the following files:
- Jump block
- Jump block attachment
- Simple central core
- Central core with light support
- Short lateral light support
- Long lateral light support
- Garmin-compatible mount
- Core cover
- Circular side accessory
- Front accessory
The material for the "Garmin-compatible mount and Core cover" must be PETG.
What I call the “Front accessory” and “Circular side accessory” can be used as templates for cutting reflective vinyl, or as files to be printed in TPU at a thickness of 0.24 mm (single layer) and used as decorative accessories.
In the core, you can place a warning light or a cover, allowing it to function as a hidden compartment to store items such as an Apple AirTag.
I attached the Short lateral light support and Long lateral light support to the core using adhesive Velcro, allowing them to be removed whenever desired.
You can scale the files if they are too large for your wheel, but keep in mind that all parts must be scaled by the same proportion, except for the Short lateral light support, Long lateral light support, and Garmin-compatible mount.
(In the images, I reduced the size to 80% for my Patton, and it includes lower cutouts to fit over the front bumper.)

If you need the files for the older Patton, such as the front bumper and the modified block to adapt to the front bumper, message me and I will upload them to this same link.
To bond the block pieces together, you can use cyanoacrylate glue or PVC pipe cement that contains tetrahydrofuran. You can also check with ChatGPT or Gemini on how to properly bond TPU.
The jump block for the old Patton is designed with a lower-front cavity to fit into the wheel’s front bumper, and it also has a larger contact area with the wheel.
