hi i seem to gave a prob with the print body and head come out perfect but the arms come out to big twice ive done them now

I hoped you could help me out? im struggling with the base, the print keeps failing and the legs are very flimsy, what % infill do you recommend for the base so it's strong enough please? I recon ive got it too low.
the biggest part has printed beautifully! it's great.
