I'm Wewe and I've been a toy enthusiast for more than 4 decades now.
I love toys. And for myself, they are meant to be played with. Nowadays, I rarely see toys being played with. Many are even only meant for display with no play factor.
My mission here is to realize designs into tactile playthings with high play value. I want many to be able to enjoy playing with toys, and with the use of 3d printing, with less worry as losing or breaking parts of a toy is not an issue.
I hope many can enjoy my works and the gimmicks I placed in each design.
Also, I make parts for existing toys. Improvement parts, custom parts and replacement parts. I want toys to last and be enjoyed by many.

I would like to make the SD-only version of the inset, but it seems the uploaded rar files both have the same SD+mini SD files. I don´t see the SD-only inset.

Do the parts snap fit.
Most parts should except for the neck because they're meant to be removed occasionally. Thickening up the neck connection parts with tape could help.
One more thing, on the Guardian Sentry download, there doesn't appear to be the top or bottom shell for the sentry.

I print with pla or petg at .2 or .24mm layer ht.
My prints usually snap fit together. I use esun or polymaker. One way to get the to connect is use of plastic tape or heatgun. I'll be releasing the assembly on my YouTube soon.
