hello mate I`ve purchased your Yoda lightsaber design but while extracting the files it shows me error that the files are damaged and there is nothing i can do about it, probably because it is extracted twice. Can you fix it please and send it to me, cheers happy printing :)

Hi, I'm having an issue with one of your designs I ordered (Telsa charger). I downloaded and unzipped the file, but whenever I attempt to open the .stl files (in Solidworks, Blender, and .stl viewer), the screen is blank. I'm not sure if the files are corrupted or what. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
