Hi. I have downloaded the updated version. I have tried to print it twice, once in PETG and once in PLA. On both occasions it failed at the same place.

Hi. Quite interesting. I have printed this model coutelss times on Ender 3, Ender S1 Pro and K1 Max, wizhout any issues. Which slicer do you use, I used Cura and Orca slicer without any issues.

Hi,
I have a few comments about the bolt holder.
- The orientation of the build (upright) leaves the 'grain' oriented in the weakest dimension, ie across the length. This is where the strain is going to be most, especially the part that the bolt handle slots into.
- The part that the bolt slots into has 90 degree corners leaving it subject to crack propagation as all the stress is focussed on a single, or possibly 2 layers right in the corner.
- The support material in the slot for the bolt handle is overdone. I had to cut it out rather than just snap it out easily like normal support material.
- The model I printed (on a Prusa Mini) snapped at the junction of the main body and the thinner walled top section (where the bolt slot is). On examination it seems that the upper part was extruded from the top surface of the lower part (ie in the design they are 2 separate parts). This design has introduced the vulnerability because of the surface created between the 2 parts.
The main body is very sturdy.

As requested, I have taken more photos of the bolt from the front and back. Also, I realized that my previous measurements were slightly off because my caliper wasn't calibrated correctly, so I’ve made a new sketch with the precise dimensions.
