PORQUE CUANDO DESCARGO EL ARCHIVO SOLO TENGO la cara y el cuello, ¡no los hombros ni la parte superior del busto!

I really like your Neanderthal skull, best quality I've found so far. Can you remove the jaw to print separately, I'm having a hard time printing it in one piece. The quality of your skull is just to good to pass over something minor like that. Thank you

This was a waste of $$. The sea turtle did NOT articulate. The orientation provided required tons of supports but frankly there wasn't any orientation that would have printed without a bunch of supports. More thought should have been given to the mechanics of how this could be printed. Very disappointed.
The sea turtle is advertised and shown to be fully articulated with moving head and all 4 legs. This is NOT true, only the head articulates. Also, since it is not flat on the bottom I had to print with supports that were a headache to remove and did not leave a smooth surface. Not at all what I expected and promised my customer. I would like a refund and the file corrected for future buyers. If you would like to see the video of your non-articulating turtle please reach out. I'm happy to email that to you. Also, please consider making the bottom of the shell and part of the neck flat for easier printing. I believe it's impossible to print anything more than mediocre quality as it is.
You have to print the turtle bigger to make it fully articulated.
How big do you suggest? From head to back leg is over 7 inches. If this is the case it should be mentioned in the description or settings fields so that it can be seen prior to purchase.
Just an FYI, I double checked and we scaled it to 150%, so I wouldn't think it's a size issue. I would still appreciate a refund since I can't use the file as shown in the listing photos.
