I purchased two models from you in the past, and the files that I got were so horribly low-poly that they were unusable. Right now, I'm looking at the Rhinoceros Guard model. It LOOKS like you are including an image of the CG render, but I want to be sure the image you posted is truly representative of the model. Is this safe to purchase, or is it going to be another low-poly, low resolution model? Thanks.

Can I get an STL file for this item? I Downloaded Prince Eric but am novice at printing. All my files are STL and when I used an online converter it added way too many polygons.

BUENAS, TENGO UN PROBLEMA, COMPRE TU FICHERO DE IZMA PERO EL DISEÑO ES MUY POLIGONAL, NO ES COMO SE VE EN LAS IMAGENES, NO ES LISO Y NO MERECE LA PENA UTILIZAR ESE FICHERO, ADEMAS DUDO QUE SE PUEDAN IMPRIMIR ESAS CEJAS QUE ESTA DISEÑADAS A NO SER QUE SEA EN RESINA PERO EN NINGUN MOMENTO ESPECIFICA QUE EL MODELO SEA POLYGON, ME GUSTARIA UN REEMBOLSO Y BORRO EL FICHERO YA QUE NO LO VOY A UTILIZAR, GRACIAS.
