Hi I just bought the design and handed it over to a 3D printing company and they printed dozens but they all broke, because it was too thin, even though they used different materials in the different prints. I am asking for a refund

Hi there, here is what I got from the support team: "We're just here in back up, but the customer service is done by the designer and he can refund you from his Cults dashboard." So the refund is on you end , please do refund me, the design is useless and faulty. Thank you

I had a ticket open with cults and they send me this info:

Reasons (non-exhaustive list) that may lead to a customer refund:
- The file is incomplete, a part is missing
- The file has infringed the copyright of another designer
- The file has errors and cannot be printed in 3D
- The designer did not provide after-sales service by not responding to customer messages
- The 3D file has violated our terms and conditions
As a conclusion, if the files is perfectly printable, no refund!

Hi, sorry for getting back so late, I was traveling. So here it is what I got from the printing. Material, used, ASA. Pet-g in different orientations positioned. And on resin Like ABS.

i asked them directly if i should refund you if you state that the fille prints but breaks, they responded with the list and stated " if the fille prints its not refundable"
