Wel thats about it. There is a climb before the camera bump and that make the case not fitting right. Also the inner conners are not hugging the phone properly so the case slips out, specially on the right top corner. My wofe its using it but it keeps coming out. I also woild like to make some buttons to make easier using the power button. If you have it give me the step file and ill try to adapt here to her phone

Could you tell me how big the misalignment is?

If the cameras are pointed towards you the top circle for the smaller camera is 45.541mm from the right edge of the phone, The circle for the flash is 45.319mm from the edge and the bottom one is 45.347mm from the edge. This is probably insignificant, I'm using .25mm as a tolerance distance for designing my case and I was visibly able to tell the cut out was not parallel to the other cutout for the larger camera sensors.

The small difference you noticed may come from the alignment of the STEP model, but I will review the camera area and adjust the position so the cutouts are perfectly parallel with the main camera sensors. ABS can sometimes make thin walls feel flexible. You can try increasing the wall/perimeter count (for example 4–5 walls) and using a higher infill percentage like 30–40% to improve rigidity. Printing with a slightly thicker layer height or increasing the extrusion width can also help strengthen the case.

If the walls are still too thin, you may scale the model slightly in the X and Y directions or use a modifier in your slicer to add extra wall thickness.

Let me know which slicer and printer you are using, and I can suggest more specific settings.

Creality K1 Max and using Creality ABS to print. I used a somewhat fast profile, using layer height of 0.24 and 15% infill.

Sorry to hear the case doesn’t fit perfectly yet. The camera bump on the Honor Magic 5 Pro is quite large, so if the tolerances are a bit tight it can indeed shift the alignment and affect the button cutouts on the right side.

I think the hole is to small. I takes quite some pressure to get the phone into the case. The bottom holes are alligned but the top and right hand side holes are not. I think because the camera bump pushes against the Case.
