Hi sorry I haven’t noticed this message and hope you figure out in the meantime. there might be several things to consider in printer settings such as over-extrusion. On the other hand, some silicon spray may help to free up if the parts are lightly sticking.

Sag mal, könntest du auch eine "Grundplatte" erstellen, wo eine Nase/Auflagefläche für den Zollstock dran ist? Also das man die Nabenmitte nicht mit dem Bandmaß misst, sondern einen Zollstock verwenden kann?

Hi Martin, ich habe gerade einen Adapter (2 Teile) für den Zollstock gemacht und hochgeladen. Ich hoffe, das ist was du meinst.... Es braucht 2x M3-10 (oder ähnlich) Schrauben zu befestigen.
Sieht top aus, ich drucke es heute Abend gleich mal aus. Vielen Dank, du bist spitze :)

Hi thanks for your message. I assume you are referring to the wheel bolt/nut cover, right? If you want to make 19mm hex version, You can scale it in your slicer up to 111-112% (19/17=1.11764...). I would recommend to print some pieces for testing to find a nice fit. hope it works!

J'ai tout téléchargé et je vais le faire pour régler la géométrie de ma voiture de Drift car les garagistes prennent peur quand je leur demande de la régler car il faut réfléchir et calculer et ils veulent tous travailler vite donc ça les interesse pas!

Hello, I've been looking at printing your wheel alignment models. The work is excellent and I've pulled together a list of the additional hardware required (nuts, bolts etc). Would you consider standardising the hardware? Eg replace the M3 components with M4 or M5 and standardise the M4 & M5 threaded parts to be the same head to reduce the different types of parts required.
Thank you for your feedback. I understand your point. Basically I also don’t want to use too many different hardware. For the alignment gauge, basically M4 and M5 are used but some cases I chose M3, where the size is critical. If you have specific request to change something, I might be able to help.
