Hi There - I just purchased the fish hook files, beautiful design. I noticed that there are holes for some support dowels. I did not see a print file for any dowels, so I was curious if you happened to know what size I would need for the various pieces?

Design relacionado: Moana Maui Fish Hook para Cosplay

Hi, thanks for contacting us!
Yes, I suggest using wood dowels, 5x30mm cylindrical dowels as written under the insertion, instead of printing them

Hey. Couple questions about the sword. What are the general dimensions of it? Did you build it according to game scale or did you bring it down so its actually make able heh.

Not sure from the video. Are there 2 diff versions? Normal and a Led version?

Hi, thanks for contacting us!
I double-checked the model on Blender by downloading the files through the insertion and they work correctly, set the clip start to 1 and clip end to 10000000 to make sure, you have the correct scaling, then press '.' on your keyboard, it will take you to the part you imported framing it into your scene.

Hi, thanks for contacting us!
You can send us an email at: unknownstudios00@gmail.com circle the pieces you need on the image of the insertion, we'll tell you the price and sell them to you privately

Hi, thanks for contacting us!
Can you send us some images/video to show us the problem via mail at: unknownstudios00@gmail.com it could be a simple tolerance issue, we usually put a +-0.4mm

Hello! I want to buy your EVA 02 full body armor for cosplay, but I'm confused about the anatomy, and how it will look on a person. I'm 1.65 cm tall, and the model is 1.80 cm. For cosplay, I need a height of 1.90 cm. Is this possible? Can I also provide my measurements? And how much will it cost? thank you enormously!

Hi, thanks for contacting us!
Yes, it is a really complex design, both in terms of sizing and wearability/comfortability. In comparison to other armors, it's difficult it has a hunched position, which gives you 2 possibilities: either you wear it like an armor, or you'll place your head in the neck area, and look through the neck. As we wrote under the insertion: All our armors/helmets/props are scaled to human proportions. I strongly suggest printing a single layer of the circumference before printing the tighter pieces (for example, mask, helmets, shins, forearms, chest, hips). It will save you a lot of material in the scenario you need to upscale/downscale it.

Contact us via email at: unknownstudios00@gmail.com if you need any more cuts or need help with scaling (no additional costs); we usually reply within 24/48 working hours maximum.

Hi, thanks for contacting us!

I suggest scaling it around 15%, but if you want to be sure, you can send us an email at: unknownstudios00@gmail with the request for the scaled files, we will provide you with a folder checked on a mannequin with your measurements

Hi, thanks for contacting us!
It needs to be glued togheter

Hello I bought this file to print for myself. I saw your note can easily be printed on a 23x23x25 printer. I must say i was expecting to have to cut some of the files but all of them are larger than your estimate. do you have a file that is cut more? because no human can print a wearable ful backplate on a 23x23x25...

Hi, thanks for contacting us!
There's a folder called Cuts.zip with all the files precut for your printer's printable volume

Hi, thanks for contacting us!
I've double checked the model and everything should be fine, it is possible it is a tolerance issue (practically each printer, material and each print has different tolerances) we usually use a standard of +-0.4mm but with some orientation especially it can happen that some hoverangs causes the parts to not fit togheter.
We'll verify that and all the other possibilities. Send us some photos via mail at: unknownstudios00@gmail.com it should be an easy fix if that's the case, but we need to see photos of the printed parts, and what's happening, where there's the problem

Hello, the arm of Emre on one side doesn’t match the render you sent. Could you please update it?

Hi, thanks for contacting us!
Can you send us a photo of what do you mean with that via mail at: unknownstudios00@gmail.com the files are the same from the renders, but we'll double check everything

Would it be possible for us to sell physical versions of the products we've purchased in our online store?

Hi, thanks for contacting us!
Yes, you can sell the physical product, this is the license:

Hello, I am wondering if you are able to make the face shell and forehead into one object. I am having trouble getting the two separate pieces to be connected cleanly without breaking apart. If you are unable to do this, can you instead send me .obj files of the helmet so I can adjust it myself? Thank you for any help you can provide!

Hi, thanks for contacting us!
The files should be included in the Arms.zip folder, have you tried downloading it again?

Hi, thanks for contacting us!
It is scaled to fit on a 1.75-1.85m tall person

Thanks but I was wondering if you had an idea for the size in terms of like a small, medium or large if you had a rough idea

In terms of sizes, it depends, first of all, each country has their standards in terms of sizes (for upper and lower body). Usually it needs to be checked with actual measurements, like circumferences of different parts of the body and length to be sure, it fits, since it's an armor and not a piece of clothing. I suggest using our services, you can contact us via mail (as we wrote under the insertion, with all the information on where to contact us and how), you shall receive an automated response with all the information we need to check/do the sizing of the armor for you. After that either we tell you the percentage for up/downscaling it, or we send you a folder with all the parts sized to your measurements. Obviously you need to first order the acutal armor

Hi hope you are well. I am interested in purchasing your Black Panther Cosplay helmet but I wanted to know if you could provide me with a ".STEP" file format as well as the .STL file? I know it's a strange request but there is a method to my madness. LOL I really love the shape of the panther helmet only I'd like to customize it a bit and make it my own.

I am a DJ/producer and I wear a mask as part of my brand. I've had this new mask idea in my head for over 2 years and it's finally coming to life, I hope. I'd be willing to tag you on my social media to give your design credit once I get the mask done. I really appreciate your time and I really hope to hear back from you. I asked another designer on here but I haven't heard back from him in over a week now.

Hi, thanks for contacting us!
I'm sorry but we can't do that, .STEP and .STL files are 2 completely different formats, made in 2 completely different way:
A STEP file is a universal 3D CAD file. It is highly valued in engineering because it mathematically defines surfaces and solid bodies rather than using flat triangles, making the model infinitely scalable, precise, and easily editable. While .STL files work with triangles, which means, they are intended for artistic jobs, like organic shapes, sculpting, game-assets. You cannot convert an STL file to a STEP file without completely recreating it into a different software.
It is comparable to working with vectorials on Photoshop or working with brushes

I appreciate the explanation. As a web designer who used to work a lot in Photoshop I understand. Let me ask you, because I really like the shape of your Black Panther helmet, do you do custom builds? If not could you recommend someone who does? I have the concept sketched out I just need a good 3D sculptor. The last guy I asked about a STEP file he had no clue what it was.

Yes, we do take custom commission, you can send an email at: unknownstudios00@gmail.com
But we do not work with CAD/STEP files, just to be clear. We can do STL, we mainly work with Blender and zBrush. So if you need a STEP file, we cannot provide that for you.

Awesome, thanks! The only reason I was asking about the STEP file is bc another designer mentioned it and told me to ask if it could be provided. I just want a new helmet! Will be in touch soon.

Hey,

I already purchased this pattern and then requested a size reduction, as it was listed as part of the purchase. Unfortunately, the "reduced" pattern wasn't reduced at all. It was ridiculously too big and even poorly made, even after I provided my exact measurements. I contacted you again by email, and it's been several days without a response. I would like to finally be able to print the pattern I was planning to make for an upcoming event, but now I can't because I still haven't received what I ordered, which, in my opinion, shouldn't have been too difficult to make. If I can't even use the item I bought, it becomes useless. Will I ever receive the correct measurements? Or will I just be stuck with a file I paid for and won’t even be able to use ? :(

Thank you!

Hi, thanks for contacting us!
Yes, each piece is separated, as you can see from both the photos and the section called "3D DESIGN FORMAT" under the insertion. The armor parts would need to be assembled by using elastic/nylon strips, Velcro, magnets, clips, etc. Based on the part (as a medieval armor practically), you cannot use joints as they need to be movable with the body, and joints do not work that way
