Are you able to send it as a 3mf instead of stl? The dimensions may be getting distorted if you haven't had any problems with it.

Apologies! I measured based on overall length. The proportions are seemingly correct, i.e, the overall shape; the dimensions of just coming up short. And for width, same overall width including the slide lock.

No, im saying its proportions are correct relative to the size. You asked if it was short at the front or the back, I just measured for overall length, not the length of one specific area. Per Alien the Remus is 7.2in for overall length and 1.3in for overall width. The mold comes up a little over 7in OAL and around 1.1 OAW.
Will you be making a holster mold with this model?
If so, any shortcomings get absorbed in the Kydex and mold itself. That’s why the holsters I have made fit the actual gun perfectly.
