I recommend printing the model using an FDM 3D printer with TPU filament, or with a resin (photopolymer) 3D printer using soft flexible resin (around F80).
Please note that some shrinkage may occur depending on your printer, material, and resin type.

I want to explain a bit about the shoes. These are not physical shoes, but a 3D digital model. They are sold as a pair for convenience, so you get a complete set right away. But even if you have only one shoe — left or right — in your software it’s easy to copy and mirror it, and you’ll get a full pair! 👠✨

So, virtually, it’s not possible to sell only one shoe. But if you like, you can ask for a discount on the full shoe set via an offer — I rarely say no to such requests 😄💖

This is a 3D model, and digital files unfortunately can’t be refunded.
The shoe was created based on a scan of the original pair 👠
For the best result, I recommend printing it with a soft rubber-like resin on an SLA (resin) printer.
If your print turned out a bit smaller because of shrinkage, try scaling the model up by 5–10% — it should fit much better 💜

If you’re using hard plastic or FDM printing, the shoes might be a bit tight to put on 😊 The model was made based on the doll’s foot, so it’s meant to fit snugly.

The model includes two fully functional versions, both tested by me and confirmed to fit the doll. I have not received any evidence, such as a video, showing that you were unable to put the shoes on the doll. Furthermore, the latest update added a cross-cut to ensure the shoes fit, which eliminates the possibility of them being unusable.

According to the platform’s rules, digital files that are delivered in working condition are non-refundable. Since your claim of the product not working is unsubstantiated and you would retain the digital file even if refunded, the request for a refund is denied.

Hello. I noticed that you used a rigid plastic material, which is not suitable for this model. The flexible type I referred to is not produced in a transparent color, which confirms that your filament is hard rather than rubber-like. This explains the difficulty you encountered when trying to put the boots on.

The original design was intentionally made to fit snugly, and the correct way to print it is by using a soft, flexible filament that can bend and compress easily — similar to soft rubber or silicone. Printing with rigid material will inevitably cause fitting issues.

If you prefer to continue using the same filament, I recommend slightly scaling up the model to make dressing easier, or using the split version, which was created precisely to fit the doll’s leg.

Please note that the photos you shared show only the boots, without the doll or any video demonstrating the flexibility of the printed material, which I previously requested. In most such cases, the issue lies not in the model, but in the incorrect choice of printing material. The original boots are very soft and pliable, and the same result can only be achieved with the appropriate filament.
