Hi, I purchased your cat/bird worry stones, and it seems the file is broken. Are there any help options?

Design relacionado: Worry stone cats

Very interesting because neither I nor anyone else has had any problems yet. Which file are you specifically having trouble with (file name/names)? I will do my best to help you.

Could you also describe the problem in more detail? When does the problem occur? Maybe there was an error during the download. Did you try downloading again? And what slicer are you using?

Yes, I will try to download again but the error message:
The acceleration exceeds the printer's maximum acceleration (machone_max_acceleration_extruding). Anycubic will automatically cap the acceleration speed to ensure it doesnt surpass the printer's capabilities. You can adjust the machine_max_acceleration_extruding value in your printer's configuration to get higher speeds.

I apologize for any confusion and I'm sorry if I offended you. Its likely just a user error.

I get those messages for the cats and bird worry fidgets.

No need to apologize. Don't worry, you didn't offend me :)
But I don't think the problem is in the files, because the error message says that the acceleration is too high. But stl files don't contain that kind of information.
It seems that the problem is somewhere in the slicer settings (specifically the acceleration speed settings). Check the acceleration settings in your slicer and change/fix them if needed.

Awesome! I will try that. I didn't tweak anything in the file just plopped it in. I'm 2 months solidly into printing and some things still confuse me a bit! Thank you for having patience with me.

I'm glad I could help you! I hope your 3D printing journey is going to be awesome!
