Hi! Thanks for updating the files. Unfortunately, I'm still having the same issue with the STL file.

I downloaded the updated STL again and imported it into Elegoo SatelLite. When I first import the STL, the container looks visually complete and correct. However, SatelLite detects errors in the model, which prevents me from properly using some of the preparation and editing tools.

When I use SatelLite's Auto Repair function to fix the detected errors, the model becomes severely altered. Parts of the container's geometry are changed or disappear, and the repaired model no longer matches the original container.

Unfortunately, the website doesn't allow me to attach screenshots, otherwise I could show you the difference between the original imported model and the result after Auto Repair.

It seems there may still be an issue with the STL mesh itself, such as non-manifold geometry, overlapping or internal faces, open surfaces, or another mesh-related problem.

Could you please check the STL again? If possible, I would also really appreciate it if you could import the file into Elegoo SatelLite and run the Auto Repair function yourself. This should make it easier to reproduce exactly the issue I'm experiencing.

Hi! I have checked the STL file again and the model is fine. The geometry is intact and the file is not corrupted. The issue seems to be with how SatelLite is interpreting the model during its repair process.

Yes, I have the entire Moscow city model, not just the city center.

However, I don't think it would be practical to 3D print the entire city as a single model because it is extremely large and contains a huge amount of geometry (millions of polygons).

If your goal is 3D printing, I would recommend creating only the specific area you need, or splitting the city into multiple printable sections.

The product description clearly states that the ZIP archive contains separate STL files (buildings, roads, terrain, water, vegetation, etc.). The model is intentionally provided this way so users can print or edit each element individually according to their own workflow.

This model was not advertised as a fully assembled, AMS-ready multicolor print file for Bambu Studio.

If you're encountering a specific issue, such as the water or terrain alignment, please send me a screenshot of the problem or the exact error message from Bambu Studio. I'll be happy to look into it and help if there's an actual issue with the files.

Leider war mir beim Kauf nicht klar, dass das Modell aus so vielen einzelnen Teilen besteht und erst aufwendig zusammengesetzt werden muss. Auf den Produktbildern wirkte es für mich wie ein fertiges, zusammengehöriges Modell.

Ich bin kein erfahrener 3D-Modellierer und habe das Modell gekauft, um es zu drucken, nicht um die einzelnen Dateien selbst korrekt zusammenzufügen. Bambu Studio meldet beim Import bzw. beim Versuch, die Teile zusammenzuführen Probleme, und ich bekomme das Modell nicht druckbar vorbereitet.

Ich habe bereits versucht, die einzelnen Elemente zusammenzusetzen, stoße dabei aber ständig auf Ausrichtungs- und Passungsprobleme. Ohne entsprechende Kenntnisse ist das für mich leider nicht lösbar.

Unter diesen Umständen kann ich das Modell leider nicht nutzen. Für mich ist die Datei in der aktuellen Form praktisch unbrauchbar. Gibt es eventuell eine bereits zusammengesetzte Version oder eine andere Lösung?

Unfortunately, it was not clear to me when I purchased the model that it consisted of so many separate parts and would require extensive assembly. From the product images, it appeared to be a complete, ready-to-use model.

I am not an experienced 3D modeler, and I purchased the model with the intention of printing it, not of manually combining the individual files into a correctly assembled model. When importing the files or attempting to merge the parts in Bambu Studio, I encounter various issues, and I am unable to prepare the model for printing.

I have already tried assembling the individual components myself, but I keep running into alignment and fitting problems. Without the necessary expertise, I am unfortunately unable to resolve these issues.

Under these circumstances, I am unable to use the model. In its current form, the files are essentially unusable for me. Is there perhaps a pre-assembled version available, or any other solution you could offer?

I understand your concerns, however I have reviewed the model again and all parts import correctly into Bambu Studio.

The model is intentionally provided as separate STL files (buildings, terrain, water, vegetation, roads, etc.) so users can print each element in different colors or modify the scene if desired. This is also clearly stated in the product description.

I assembled the files in Bambu Studio without any alignment issues, and the complete city slices successfully for multicolor printing.

If you are receiving a specific error, could you please send me a screenshot of the error message or tell me exactly which file is causing the problem? That will help me identify whether there is a technical issue.

I'm happy to help if there is a genuine problem, but at the moment I cannot reproduce the issues you described.

Ich kann zwar alle Dateien einzeln in Bambu Studio importieren, bekomme sie aber leider nicht korrekt zusammengesetzt. Dabei treten bei mir immer wieder Konflikte auf.

Die entsprechenden Bilder hatte ich bereits geschickt.

Ich habe es inzwischen aufgegeben, da ich es leider nicht hinbekomme.

Und ja, der Fehler lag vermutlich bei mir. Ich bin noch relativ neu im 3D-Druck und wusste nicht genau, was mit den getrennten STL-Dateien gemeint war. Daher habe ich die Produktbeschreibung wohl missverstanden.

Pech gehabt – für mich ist das Modell in diesem Fall leider nicht nutzbar.

I can import each file individually into Bambu Studio, but unfortunately I can’t get them assembled correctly. I keep running into conflicts.
I had already sent the corresponding images.
I’ve given up on it by now, since I unfortunately can’t get it to work.
And yes, the mistake was probably mine. I’m still relatively new to 3D printing and wasn’t exactly sure what was meant by the separate STL files. So I probably misunderstood the product description.
Bad luck – for me, the model is unfortunately not usable in this case.

The OBJ file contains the full stone geometry exactly as shown in the preview images. It is not a smooth surface.

Fusion 360 may display imported OBJ files with smoothing, which can make the stone pattern appear softer than it actually is.

Unfortunately, I do not provide F3D files, but I can provide an STL version of the model if that would work better for your workflow.

that is way too complicated. I already moved on and used what I had. having to go back and forth through the catalog you have, save the link, send them to you and then wait for a zip file is pretty ridiculous. a download happens immediately, I should have been able to go to a link and download up to 25 files. please refund this purchase as I haven't received anything from you.

He revisado tu solicitud y los detalles del modelo. Lamentablemente, no puedo realizar un reembolso por los siguientes motivos:

Fidelidad de las imágenes: Las imágenes de preventa y los renders de la malla (wireframe) son 100% fieles al producto entregado. En las capturas de pantalla de la página se muestra claramente la geometría interna y externa del modelo.

Contenido del pack: El título y las imágenes indican claramente que se trata de un conjunto (Bottle & Shaker). Al ser objetos separados en el archivo 3D, puedes eliminar el bote de proteína y usar solo el shaker según tu preferencia.

Funcionalidad: El modelo se vende como un activo digital de diseño, tal cual se aprecia en las vistas previas. Al ser un producto digital que ya ha sido descargado, no se admiten devoluciones cuando el archivo coincide exactamente con lo publicitado.

Cualquier duda técnica sobre cómo separar los objetos en tu software, quedo a tu disposición.

The model was designed mainly for FDM printing, so with a resin printer it may require adding supports manually in your slicer.

If some areas are greyed out, it usually means the slicer detects them as unsupported surfaces. Try tilting the model slightly (around 30–45°) and then generate automatic supports from the build plate.

Printing it completely flat is difficult because only the two pillars touch the build plate, so supports are needed under the stairs.

The only restriction is that the 3D files themselves cannot be redistributed or resold.
