Recommended FDM Printing Settings (for guidance only)

Hard Parts:
Material: PLA, PETG
Nozzle diameter: 0.4mm
Layer height: 0.2 mm
Wall thickness (top, bottom, sides): min. 1.2mm
Infill: min. 15%

TPU Pads:
Material: TPU 95A or TPU 90A
Nozzle diameter: 0.4mm
Layer height: 0.2 mm
Wall thickness (top, bottom, sides): min. 1.2mm
Infill: 100%

No supports required!

Assembly requires:
8x M3x8mm countersunk screws
Glue

Assembly Instructions:
Glue the TPU Leg Pads firmly to the underside of the Base Part, using the grooves for alignment.
(Pre-fit the pads before bonding to ensure proper positioning and even alignment.)
Slide the Side Parts into the pockets of the Base Part and secure them using 4x M3x8mm countersunk screws (2 per side).
Secure the Top Part to the Side Parts using 4x M3x8 mm countersunk screws.
Do not over-tighten the screws!
