You need PETG or something more heat tolerant, PLA goes soft and can warp in a hot car.

Any chance you'd be willing to create design for a 10" mount for PC Engines APU2? It is very similar dimensions to your ALIX.2 one. APU2 Dimensions 168 mm wide x 157 mm deep x 30 mm high. Happy to contribute some pocket money if it helps ;-)
Hi, It's not just the size of the box, so it's always hard to design remotely when you don't already have exact drawings. Do you do CAD yourself? Would a link to my design project on Onshape help you?
