Hi, I’m just getting ready to 3D print an RC jet. Is there a list somewhere of the parts I’ll need (motor, servos, drive shaft, and what size propeller)?

the propeller is in the print files, sorry I don't know much about the motor or other parts because I haven't finished mine and the design was a bit of a kitbash between two different 3D print files (the boat had a standard propeller and another print file for a jet boat motor).
If you look at remixes there is a guy from Russia that actually finished a build and put a remix up and his files might have more information.

Do you know if the Cooey model 600 trigger. It looks like it would fit a Marlin 81 .22. Id like to replace the one I have with a newer looking one i printed if so!

Sorry for the delay, I don't check my messages very often......as for your request I'll be designing some 45ACP/Auto, 9mm, 40, 38/357 ammo cases shortly and I'll grab the dimensions for 338 lapua mag from my reloading book and do up a design.

Hello. I purchased the 223/5.56 100 Round Case design. How do you keep the two parts of the model from printing together right before the layers of the hinges are printed? I am using Cura as a slicer.

I don't understand, I've used repetier and S3D slicers on these designs, I print exactly how they are laid out with no supports, the hinge when printed will be tight but if you use a pair of large pliers or something to hold the middle part of the hinge and lightly twist the hinge back and forth it'll loosen up and close.

yeah when I imported the STL of the original design for remaking there was serious issues that I had to repair........my slicer (was using Repitier) was able to repair and print the sections without issues.

Which design were did you import, if its the uriel's gift yes there is some issues, it came when I tried to import the STL from the original Thingiverse stock, usually my slicer can fix the manifold issues.......unfortunately if you see the imported STL in Sketchup you'll know why chasing the manifold issue is a pain in the ass.

The Uriel's Gift stock mid barrel file seems to have some nonmanifold issues. Since I haven't printed anything yet, I'm not really sure what kind of fix is needed. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

see the comment above, try your slicers repair manifold option, it should be able to fix it automatically
