Hey, I just purchased the Coyle from The Outlast Trials files and every time I go to print it, it won’t stick and I have changed the temperature and added more glue to the bed. Could you let me know how to fix this also when I open the Coyle figure it says there is a problem needing fixed and I fix it but still doesn’t stick. I am using FastPrint 5 on my laptop for the figure and base. Just let me know if I am doing something wrong or if it is in the file. Thanks, Megan Dykes

Hey there! I purchased this Franco El Bambino from The Outlast Trials file and it looks great on the surface. But when I started to print it, the mesh is confusing any slicer I put it in. Do you have a "more solid" version of this file that can be 3d printed?

Hi again — just wanted to follow up with more detail in case it helps.
I’ve been trying to prepare this model for resin printing (Lychee / Chitubox / Blender), and while the exterior looks great, the file appears to have complex internal geometry / non-manifold areas that make hollowing, auto-supporting, or mesh repair extremely difficult.
Multiple slicers either hang during analysis or report internal errors/suction issues that can’t be resolved without heavy manual cleanup. This suggests the model may be optimized more for rendering than for 3D printing.
Do you happen to have:
a print-ready solid version, or
a pre-hollowed / cleaned STL (boolean-unified, non-manifold fixed), or
guidance on how you successfully printed this model yourself?
I really like the sculpt and want to print it successfully — just trying to avoid re-sculpting or rebuilding the mesh from scratch. Thanks for your time!

I just purchased your Karl Heisenberg model but I cannot figure out how to fill the holes for my resin printer. He is also missing his fish scale, compass, and dog tag in the 3d model, but is shown with them on the product page. Is there a version that isn't hollow with these items? Thanks!

The ESOP design has a flaw; you didn't make the base completely flat. There are gaps in the corners, which makes the printing uneven, causing the filament to float and resulting in wasted material. I hope you can correct that soon.
