Thank-you for the quick response. I took the bracket and broke it apart and reassembled it back together in TinkerCAD. I just sent the file to my printer so I'll see how it does. If it works, I can send you the file so you can offer it as a third option. If it doesn't work, I'll let you know and likely take you up on your offer.

Hello. I printed the skull headphone stand for my daughter as one of my first projects on my new printer. It is an Anycubic Kobra S1. The trouble is the bracket needs to be 38mm taller and the bolt hole needs to be 13mm into the desk to fit her desk she has. Is there a way to get this file adjusted? I’m new to this hobby. Thanks from Arizona, USA. (I printed the larger bracket but it was too small so that is why I’m asking here.)

Hi, I bought the Skull Headphone Stand with Clamp model and I'm having trouble printing specifically the bone bolt part, when sliced it has no external walls, just some flat plates floating around
Hi Chrysokimoto, I went ahead and re-downloaded the file just to be sure, and I’ve sliced it with both Bambu Studio and Cura without any issues. The file has been downloaded and printed many times before, and this is the first time I’ve heard of this issue. I hope you're doing well.
I'm currently on vacation, so I can't check the files myself. However, that file has been downloaded many times without any issues. That said, I'd like to share a few tips that might help, as they worked for me when I printed the model.
First, consider the tolerances. Your printer might have slightly different tolerances than those intended for the model, but this can be easily adjusted depending on the software you're using by modifying the horizontal expansion setting. In PrusaSlicer, this parameter is called "XY Size Compensation" , and in OrcaSlicer, it's also referred to as "XY Size Compensation" .
Another thing to keep in mind is to print all the pieces facing the same direction. Sometimes, due to belt adjustments or other factors, if the parts are not oriented the same way, rotating them might cause the printer to produce slight misalignments.
In any case, I'll proceed with issuing a refund for your purchase, as I'm on vacation and can't provide further support right now since I don't have access to my printers or computer.
