Hello, I bought the Gingerbread house for commercial use, but I can't get it to print correctly. I finally discovered the problem and I believe it is because the extruded parts on the front and back of the house have the extrusions going all of the way through. This makes it so that on the plate side, those extrusions stick out .01mm further and anything that wasn't part of the extrusion on those two parts is not in contact. I am trying to get these out to a client, but wondering if you'd be able to help. Thank you!

I purchased the personalized pom pom keychain, however when I download it to my slicing software it does not allow me to personalize names and only comes in 1 color and not 2 colors? Help please!! lol

Hi. I just purchased the field hockey bag tag and it is Perfect. I just can't figure out how to get it to look like your image color wise. Mine are coming out all one color with only the name switching to another color. It's total operator error lol but was hoping you could help me out. Please and Thank you

Hello! I just purchased the unicorn mailbox flag and it's gorgeous but I was hoping I could get a little guidance on which way the screw should go? When I printed the screw and tested its range of motion, the smaller bit broke off so just want to make sure I'm putting it together correctly.
