To ensure this manifold withstands the harsh environment of an engine bay (heat, fuel vapors, and vibration), the parts have been meticulously designed and fully tested using top-tier equipment:
Tested Material: Printed successfully in PA6-CF (Carbon Fiber Reinforced Nylon). This material offers exceptional thermal resistance, rigidity, and chemical resistance against fuel and oil.
Tested Hardware: Sliced and printed perfectly on a Bambu Lab X1-Carbon (X1C).

TU5J4 injectors and injector rail has been used
Fully compatible with OEM injector rail & OEM injectors
No adapter required
Stock injector spacing maintained
⚠️The injector rail will fit in opposite side from the OEM
⚠️The injector connectors will face forward NOT at the back!
⚠️The injector safety metal mounts with fit in normally except will not go all the way inside the injector small hole (don't worry it is tested and the safety metal mounts will not come off)

💡 Printing & Assembly Tips
Orientation: Print the manifold and air horns vertically to ensure the smoothest possible internal airflow and maximum structural integrity along the Z-axis & ENEABLE Variable layer height for maximum smoothness
Enclosure Required: Since PA6-CF requires high bed and nozzle temperatures, a enclosed printer like the Bambu Lab X1C is highly recommended to avoid warping.
Recommended Printing Materials:
This part is intended for high-temperature engine bay conditions.
Do NOT print with PLA, PETG or standard materials.
Recommended materials:
PA66 (Nylon 66)
PA12-CF
PA6-CF
Carbon Fiber reinforced engineering filaments
Glass fiber reinforced nylons
Carbon fiber reinforced engineering materials are strongly recommended for structural rigidity and thermal resistance.
⚠️ IMPORTANT
1.You need to add 10mm external size and 10mm height metal O-ring spacers at the holes were the bolts will go. If you skip this step by the time passing you will have vacuum leaks due to the "plastic material" (pa6-cf) softening, compressing and decompressing, and the vibrations from the engine will unscrew the bolts!
2. You will need 4 O-ring seals ( ORIGINAL TU5JP4 Recommended )
3. At the injector rail mounts you need to drill 2 holes and pressfit with soldering heater 2 metal threaded inserts M5 size where the bolts will go.
You will need clamps for the intake to throttle body and from throttle body to the velocity stacks. 16 in total
