DeLonghi ECAM / ETAM Coffee Grinder Gear Set (Repair Kit) - 3D Printable

Replacement gear set for the coffee grinder mechanism found in DeLonghi ECAM and ETAM automatic coffee machines.

If your coffee machine's grinder is making a clicking noise, failing to adjust the grind size, or slipping, the internal gears may be stripped or broken. Buying a whole new grinder assembly is expensive — printing these gears is the cost-effective repair solution!

🔧 COMPATIBILITY: Compatible with a wide range of DeLonghi ECAM, ETAM, PrimaDonna, Dinamica, Magnifica S, and Eletta series. (See the full list of models below)

⬇️ PRINT SETTINGS: ⚠️ MATERIAL IS CRITICAL! ⚠️ These gears undergo high torque and friction.

Recommended: PA (Nylon), PACF (Nylon Carbon Fiber), or PAGF. These materials provide the necessary strength and wear resistance.

Alternative: ABS or ASA might work for a while, but Nylon is superior for gears.

DO NOT USE PLA or standard PETG — they will wear out or snap quickly.

Apply a suitable food-safe silicone grease to the gears during assembly to reduce friction and wear.
