Top/Bottom Layers: 4–5
Print Speed: 50–70 mm/s
Supports: Only required for overhangs in the storage compartment (use “tree supports” if needed)
Build Plate Adhesion: Brim recommended for better stability
Material Recommendations:
PLA (recommended for easy printing and clean finish)
PETG (for higher durability and heat resistance)
Avoid highly flexible materials (like TPU) as they may reduce acoustic performance
Assembly Instructions:
Print both main parts: the acoustic chamber and the phone stand.
Ensure all surfaces are cleaned from support material.
Insert the acoustic cylinder into its designated base slot.
Align the phone stand securely on top of the base structure.
Place your phone in the holder with the speaker aligned toward the acoustic chamber opening.
Important Notes:
The design is optimized for passive sound amplification; results may vary depending on phone speaker position and volume output.
For best performance, ensure the phone speaker is fully aligned with the sound channel opening.
Light sanding of contact surfaces can improve fit and stability if needed.
