📏 Measuring Instructions

To ensure a comfortable and secure fit:

👤 Head Circumference:

Measure around the widest part of your head (just above the eyebrows and ears).

Compare your measurement to the model’s internal diameter in your slicer.

⚙️ Scaling Tip:

If your head circumference is 58 cm and the model measures 60 cm inside, scale down to ~96.6%.

For smaller cosplay mannequins or busts, reduce uniformly (80–90%).

Always keep uniform scaling to preserve proportion and thickness.

💡 Fit Adjustment:
If the helmet feels slightly tight after printing, gently warm the lower rim with a hairdryer or heat gun (on low) and widen it gradually for a custom contour fit.
