Manufacturing & Assembly Instructions
1. Print all components:
• Base hydroponic reservoir
• Modular frame
• Removable lid or light mount
• Vertical column / airflow tower
2. Ensure the water chamber is watertight. If needed, seal with epoxy or food-safe resin.
3. Insert hydroponic sponges or net cups into the root chambers.
4. Fill the base with nutrient solution up to the recommended level.
5. Place seedlings or cuttings into the upper openings.
6. If using lights, mount a small LED grow panel on the top frame.
7. Optionally install sensors (temperature, humidity, water level) using the openings in the column.
8. Check and refill water every few days depending on plant needs.
