Update 3: Added .step files for Pluck inserts, allowing you to make your own inserts, add lights or design any other style Pluck. The STEP file format is a standard 3D model format that makes it easy to transfer 3D models between different users and different computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) programs.

Please print from folder "LATEST Version" - I recommend scaling down all parts 80-90% in the slicer if you don't need them to be too big.

Split version available as well. You don't need to print entire pad as one piece

Update 1: added mini (shorter) version, if you prefer pads sticking out less - print mini version. Its 80mm deep, compared to 110 - original size.

Print BASE with TPU
Print Plucks with hard plastic

with 0.4 nozzle:
2 walls
15% infill
4 bottom (you can do less but thicker base will hold better)
3 top

I recommend printing first 3 layers with PETG for a strong structure. Then swap filament to TPU. TPU will stick very well to PETG. This will help keep pads securely mounted with velcro.
