3Dモデルの説明
Dimensions: Ø 245 mm × Height 1052 mm
The lamp is fully modular and stackable. You can print as many segments as you like to adjust the height to your needs.
The Tube_Top part includes a length parameter, allowing you to customize it easily.
For the core, use a wooden stick or any suitable rod you have available, and wrap an LED strip around it.
In this build, a wooden stick with a diameter of 25.70 mm and a length of 887 mm was used.
The LED strip comes from IKEA and can be integrated into a smart home setup.
Both the Stand and Tube_Top_Stick_Holder parts include a parameter to adjust the diameter of the stick, so you can adapt the design to different materials.
No glue is required. Simply stack the segments.
Make sure that the Tube_Top_Stick_Holder and the Stand have a slightly tight fit on the stick, as it holds the lighting tube together and also serves as a guide for aligning the segments.

Printer:
All parts were printed on a Bambu Lab P1P.
Materials:
The segments and tubes are printed using translucent PETG.
The stand is printed with PLA.
Nozzles & Print Settings:
A 0.8 mm nozzle is used for the segments and tubes.
Print the segments in Vase Mode.
Print the tubes normally, with the seam position set to random.
This results in a finish that is less translucent and more like milky glass.
A 0.4 mm nozzle is used for the Tube_Connector, Stand, and Tube_Top_Stick_Holder parts.
Supports:
Only the Tube_Connector parts require supports.
All other parts can be printed without supports.
Two M3 heat inserts can be installed in the stand.
These are used together with the small lever to hold down the LED strip cable.
