there are many items on my list to do first but one day I may get to it. if I do will be in multiple scales including 1:12. in meantime, I believe Budget3DWorks has done it in 1:12 IIRC, Skylu3D also.

hi, Cults isn't notifying me by email of messages so did not see this until today. sure no problem! if not distributing or selling the modified files you can mod to your hearts content. I do intend to make props scale files at some point but lately life has prevented me from having the time to do so so if you do wish to wait for me to do some just be aware it may be a little while

I do still hope to do smaller scale versions at some point when I have time to get back to working on 3D models. as for the existing files, scaling should be easy but thickness of some parts might become an issue at smaller scale. If you wanted to try before I get round to it I can certainly do a discount for your trouble. J

That would be great! What is a fair discount for such a thing? Depending on that, I may pick up several of your files I've been hoping to convert to 1/12 scale. Hi, since all printer models print slightly different and each resin has its own settings there isn't really a one size fits all for settings so I did not include it, and since I do not own any FDM printers I do not know what settings would be best for that style of printer either. Same goes for pre-supported files since many folk seem to disagree on ideal amount and type of supports (I tend to go heavy on supports myself just out of fear of print failures, most would say I over-support my files when I print) so I leave it up to the individual to choose the support types and amounts that suit their needs and get the best results. This particular file would need supports (it won't print in place) but your slicer may be able to add auto supports if it is something you have never done before.

The website doesn't show me which armour model you are referring to but if it is one of my 1:6 imperial armours I have not yet made 1:12 versions yet as have spent much of the past few months away from home, but I will try to do 1:12 versions at some point. The current versions can be scaled down but not sure if they would be thick enough as is. If when I return to my country I can get a chance to test I will. J

Great to hear you will be doing a 1:12 scale in time, fantastic. As an additional question be great with this set if you could add in an Imperial Officers cap - doesn't seem to be a model that I have found available elsewhere - certainly would more than complete your amazing Veers set :)

I could certainly look into doing a cap too. Normally for 1:6 fabric would be best but at 1:12 fabric would look too bulky so a sculpted printable cap seems like a good suggestion. Still gonna be stuck in Asia a while so not sure if I will be able to get any 1:12 models done before years end but keep eye on my profile as will eventually get new stuff done, probably in new year. J

hi, I didn't yet do a cut version as given the size it would really depend on the user how many parts it would need to be cut into, however cutting stl's to smaller pieces per your exact needs is fairly easy in programs like meshmixer. here is a video tutorial I used in the past: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v69m-ZUGIb8

once you cut model, save each part as a separate stl. when printed you can glue the parts

I can't remember the specific helmet file I used for the example image but was probably either one of Skylu3d's files or possibly one from thingiverse. I will need to go search to confirm (am away from home so don't have my PC to hand and am relying on a vpn to get around georestrictions currently so might take me a while to find links, bare with me a few mins :)

no not yet, but there multiple options places like Thingiverse (if you look at some of my Phase 3 clone armour listings here may be links to one or two examples) and some creators like Budget3DWorks on Patreon release some free files such as their republic commando armour.

yes that would be fine :) can also link my printables page as that site works more smoothly for me so I may post there more often including updates to files such as fixes. in fact, be sure to check the files there as I may not have loaded fixes to Cults (this site is often super slow for me)
