Hi, I purchased this from you way back in 2023 and I'm finally getting round to printing it but I can't get it to work. The mesh looks to be messed up, it's as if there's no infil and there's gaps in it. I can't work out where I purchased it from either, I thought it was here but it's not in my history. I can send you the zip you sent me as proof anyway, I'm just a bit bummed out I still can't print this :(
