The model was tested, no problem. They bought this model before you and there were no reports of failure.
Usually the problem is due to incorrect settings, most people don't know how to apply the correct print settings

Check the support settings and make more appropriate settings
You can also consider the model in a fuller way

i made it 150mm wing span. don't think it is an issue with the size of the model i made. Making it fuller won't fix it either as after it is sliced the side of the fuselage is missing so it is obviously an issue with the file. No where does it say what size to make it and when i load the file i have to scale it down as it is too big for my bed. please can you provide a fixed file or give me a full refund. many thanks

As you can see in the pictures, the model is fine
You have placed the support incorrectly
You can rotate the model 90 degrees and apply the appropriate settings

There is nothing wrong with how i have placed the supports the sides of the fuselage are missing, and other bits are missing as per the photos posted. Repositioning the supports won't replace the missing sides or the other missing bits. How about you send me the settings that you use and which machine you use if i am using the wrong settings.

I am having a similar issue. By detecting thin walls I was able to correct the fuselage concerns but I'm still finding gaps in the tail/etc. Is there a maximum size you recommend or are you suggesting by fine tuning the settings we can print a large model? I would also greatly appreciate any support or guidance on settings. Really excited about this print (it's my best friend's friend's airframe so I'm looking forward to surprising him with it).

Any chance of sharing your settings to help paying customers resolve issues they are having? I am using a Bambu Lab A1, new to 3d printing. If i don't get a satisfactory response i will be looking at getting a refund!

You did not answer the question about your settings you have used. You are also telling other customers that there is no problem with the model when there clearly is concerns after it has been sliced, rendering it unable to be printed. It is a very nice model and I would like to see how you are able to 3D print it with the settings. Thank you.

I suggest you use the support and consider the inside of the model in the print settings
