You downloaded the One color wall art not the multicolor. What you can do is use the slice tool in Bambu studio at the midle and you would get only the black parts

I just download it and imported stl to slicer and it worked. Added images of the model in Bambu Studio for reference. That error might be on your end. Try and scale it big it might be getting uploaded so small you don't see it.

Hi there. The image reference clearly shows the letters aren't connecting. Do you want me to make the letters connecting with the sign and update the file?

I'm not currently at home. Once I get there I will repair it. Can you explain in more detail what the problem might be ? Also did you print it and it got problems or is it in slicer?

Im using Creality print, when i load the file its saying needs repair, click repair and it gets to about 30%, then stalls,

I will check it out. Sometimes that happens because there are lines that arent able to be printed with a standart nozzle and need something smaller but i believe that they would print well. I updated 3mf and stl files but i got the non mainfold edges aswell. I sliced it and it looks good. If you may, try and print it and see if you got problems , if so i'll issue the refund. Anyway thank you for bringing it to my attention and hope that solves it . Check the new files and images ;)

You bought the multicolor file which is meant to be printed in two colours without pause .
If you want to do it that way you should have bought the one color file.
Either way you can use it like that
Go to slicer
Select the stl that was your "second" color and scale it only in Z axis to be 3 or 4 layers less that the other stl. Then you make a pause at the height you made the stl . Of it has 1.6 mm height at a .2 mm layer height the pause should be in the layer 9. Hope this clarifies

If you use the 3mf files they are already painted. You just upload to Bambu slicer or your prefered. The stl you need to paint it by hand unfortunately. If you have any methdo you prefer just tell me i make you the file like that.

Uploaded the 3mf file for multicolorprinting. 3mf is painted other file extensions are not. if you need to separate objects there is as how to now in the files aswell. If you are trying to print it in a single color printing you need to create g codes with the tweaks for it to print all in the same bed ( i.e. printing inner to outer wall and allways move z when moving , this way you can achieve the same results) . If you are not happy with this contact me again and we can get to a refund , but bare in mind i said it all in the description)

Wenn Sie nicht zufrieden sind mit diesem kontaktieren Sie mich wieder und wir können zu einer Rückerstattung zu bekommen, aber bedenken Sie, ich sagte es alles in der Beschreibung
