  • Baby Foot — 54.99 × 80.46 × 15 mm (2.17 × 3.17 × 0.59 in)

Hi! 😊

Please try renaming the file to something simple, for example:

cutter1.stl

The original filename contains the # character, and some slicers, printers, or operating systems may have trouble reading filenames with special characters.

Please let me know if that solves the problem. If not, I’ll be happy to help further!

couldnt print with bamboo

Hi! Could you please describe the issue in more detail?

And, if Bambu reports that the file is damaged or cannot be opened, please try renaming the file (for example, cookie1.stl) and importing it again.

Thank you. Cults must have the payment pending. The funds were withdrawn twice from my account on April 22, 2026.

I understand. Since I only see one order and one payment on my side, I’m not sure what action is required from me at the moment.

Please contact Cults3D support and clarify why your account was charged twice, as they can verify the payment records directly.

If Cults3D support confirms that a duplicate payment was actually transferred to me, please let me know and I will gladly resolve it.

Thank you!

Hello! Thank you for your message.

I checked my sales records for April 21, 2026, and I can currently see only one order on my side under Order No. 156571971 for the following files:

Winnie-the-Pooh cookie cutters - Pooh (looking for honey) (style 2)
Winnie-the-Pooh cookie cutters - Tigger (laying down) (style 3)
Rugrats cookie cutters - Susie Carmichael (style 1)

I do not see any duplicate orders or duplicate payments in my account, and the transactions are still marked as pending.

It may be a temporary duplicate authorization or a platform/bank processing issue. Could you please contact Cults3D support and provide them with screenshots or transaction IDs showing the duplicate charges? They will be able to verify the payment records directly.

If support confirms that there was indeed a duplicate payment received on my side, I will of course refund the extra charge.

Thank you for your understanding!

Thanks for your support!
And feel free to make new offers :)

I bought this set not realizing that the heart is backwards. It looks correct when printing but when you turn in upside down to cut it will cut the heart out in a backwards view. Are you able to fix that, do a mirror image?

Thanks for your message! I’ve added a mirrored version of the file to the set you downloaded. If needed, you can also mirror it directly in your slicer — it only takes a moment. But the mirrored file is already included now.

hello i tried printing the hello kitty Christmas files and I keep getting a code CS2514 on creality hi combo not too sure how to fix that myself

Hi! The CS2514 error appears because the file name contains special characters that your printer doesn’t seem to accept. Try renaming the file using only simple letters or numbers (for example, hellokitty.stl or hellokitty.gcode if it’s already sliced). After that, the printer should accept it.

Hope this helps!

Hello, I’m not sure if you’re aware but your Ham cookie cutter has walls that aren’t connected to the body. I have not been able to successfully print either file without it turning into a stamp instead of a cutter :/

Thank you for your comment!
I’d like to clarify how the files are intended to work:

File (1) includes two separate parts:
• the frame used to cut out the shape,
• and the stamp used to emboss the details.
They are printed together as one set (but if you prefer, I can send them as two separate files).

File (2) is the combined version where cutting and embossing are merged into a single piece.

It’s also mentioned in the item description that the set contains 2 STL files with different emboss styles:
★ Stamp + Frame - and ◆ Embosser Cutter (a single-piece tool)

If you still have any printing issues, I’ll be happy to help!

Is there any way you can firm up the frame? It doesn’t hold up for me and I’m printing on a Bambu A1. It seems far too thin and crushes under very little weight or resistance.

Please contact me by email - DYarko1@gmail.com - I’ll send you the reinforced files and help you with printing settings if needed.*

*please let me know (in the email):
• what filament you are printing with,
• and what nozzle size your printer is using.
This information will help me suggest the best printing settings for you (hopefully they will help).

I’ll be happy to assist you!

your file has errors , can not slice the file in cura.

Hi!
I just tested the files in OrcaSlicer and Repetier-Host (slic3r) — it sliced perfectly without any errors.
Could you please try to re-download the file (sometimes there might be a glitch during download)?
If the issue remains, let me know which Cura version you’re using — I’ll check it specifically in that version. Or you can also try OrcaSlicer, it works much better than Cura.

Hello, I purchased two snowflake cutters that didn’t print properly. It looks like only a couple of layers printed except one in the center has several more layers in the center that look like four posts sticking into the air. Please advise as to what the issue is. I printed some other cutters I purchased from another vendor in the same batch and they printed correctly. I am using pla from Bambu on an A1.
Thank you!

Thank you for your message, and I’m sorry to hear the snowflake cutters didn’t print correctly.

It looks like the issue may be related to slicer settings rather than the model itself — I tested the files in OrcaSlicer …and printed them using a 0.5 mm nozzle and rPET, and it printed without any problems.

To help troubleshoot, could you please let me know:
– Which slicer are you using?
– What is your nozzle diameter?
– What is the line width setting in your slicer?

p.s. I’d recommend giving OrcaSlicer a try if you haven’t already — it works great with the Bambu Lab A1, and includes built-in profiles for your printer and Bambu PLA.

📩 Please feel free to email me at DYarko1@gmail.com with the info — I’ll be happy to help!

Thanks so much for your prompt reply. Slicer: Bambu Handy; Nozzle: .04mm; Line width: .42mm Thank you for your help!

Thank you for the details!

Based on your settings — especially the 0.4 mm nozzle with 0.42 mm line width — everything looks generally fine. However, the issue may be caused by how Bambu Handy is slicing the model. Some users have reported problems with certain models when using Handy, especially with fine details or thin walls.

Since I’ve successfully printed the same files using OrcaSlicer, I’d recommend giving it a try if possible. It works very well with the Bambu Lab A1, and the built-in profiles make setup easy. That could help avoid any slicing issues specific to Handy.

Let me know if you give it a try or if you’d like help getting set up — happy to assist further!

As I am just learning to use the software and printer I will stay with one platform for now. Perhaps including a note regarding slicer preference will help others.

That makes perfect sense!

If you’d like to continue using Bambu Handy for now, I’d suggest trying a small adjustment — especially for these snowflake cutters:
→ Set the line width to 0.4 mm (to match your 0.4 mm nozzle) in all relevant settings,
→ Use a 0.2 mm layer height, and
→ Make sure the model is positioned completely flat on the bed in the slicer.

These settings can help with the fine details in this particular design and may prevent issues without needing to switch slicers.

Of course, if you’d prefer, I’m also happy to offer a refund — just let me know what works best for you!
