HI, how can i get the blades on the katana not fused together? the print comes out clean but the blades are stuck together. please help if it is something i need to adjust in the multimaker cura
Hi Alex, my first guess would be that the layers are not adhering to the bed properly or being knocked out of position by the nozzle with bad calibration or alignment. If any of the sword layers shift while printing this will cause them to stick together. If there is an easy to way monitor the print, try to watch for what is causing the layers to fuse together as the sword is being printed. It is also possible that the filament being used could come out of the nozzle thicker then usual which may make the sword layers too thick.
