We totally understand that separate parts would be more convenient, especially for kitbashing like this. However, our regiments are released as one-piece models (with the exception of commanders), and unfortunately we just don’t have the time to offer custom variants like that due to our tight release schedule.

Hi, is there a 1 piece option for your winterguard line instead of modular? I do 15mm and need one piece model files. On bases helps but isnt necessary. If not are you interested in doing a commission for this?
Hi! Most of the units in our regiments are one-piece, not modular - the only exception are commanders/sergeants. On the renders it’s usually shown which units are modular, and if it’s not shown, then they’re one-piece
Are the heads swappable on the steelwarden dwarves or are they built into the bodies?

on the listing photo it says "Bundle 27 units", but the description only lists 17 models ("This set consists of 9 soldiers, 1 sergeant, 3 snipers, and 4 soldiers with special weapons.")

I have a potential request. I come to you as a fellow IG fan. I am making my first army atm. I am trying to recreate the regiment from the IG book Firecaste, the Arkan Confederates. I have purchased Perry Miniature's ACW models since the regiment is described as wearing civil war style uniforms. However, I need arms with 40k weapons to make the models. I have bought and tried two sets of arms and tested them, however neither of them fit properly as they were not truescale.
You might have the solution to my problem! Could I perhaps get a sample set of these arms so I can print and test them on the models? Just one pair of arms! If they fit, then could I get versions of these arms WITHOUT the pauldrons, and also, some holding the special weapons? (I really like your special weapon designs btw, especially the plasma)

Hello! We would like to help you, but in this set only the commando pose has separate hands from the body, the rest of the poses are integral, that's our concept. However, as an exception, since you're very insistent about it, we can send you this set of hands.
Thank you for that. I understand that you guys dont go commissions exactly, as I see in the below comment. However, if these arms fit, Id certainly be willing to pay for the work necessary to separate a few more sets of arms from these models and add a few special weapons to their grip. Now, how can you send me the arm sample? Ill print and test it on my model once you send it to me.

No, we do not take work on a commission basis. We have noted your request in our notebook for planning future work. We make no promises, as the final decision is made by our design team, based on an assessment of how much demand there will be for the models among all other users.

Hello, please clarify what you mean by a base pack? Typically, our models are whole, and breaking them into parts is not something we plan to do at the moment.
Hi I just bought the HEAVY WEAPONS. I RENEGADES AND HERETICS. COMPATIBILITY CLASS A. but the folders for the individual weapons seem to be empty. I dont know if there is an error on my side or if it is a problem with cults or the download link.

Hello! Yes, the special weapons squad is nearly ready for release. We also plan to release heavy weapons teams. We will always showcase all weapon variations in our renders. The "SQUAD. DARK KROCS. RENEGADES AND HERETICS" unit is equipped only with lasguns, excluding the commander.
