RE 3D printable Thomson Mini Glen 1-24
Really like this but I need a 1:12 scale version, is it possible to enlarge it? Please advise
Hi,
The files is made for 1/24 as they are. But all parts can of course be rescaled as desired. All slicers for 3d printing can scale parts. So - you basically just have to scale the parts to 200%.
The problem may be that the printer is too small to print the body and roof. I have an M7 and a Saturn 4 Ultra myself. I can't make the model larger than 1/18 scale. But with e.g. meshmixer, it is possible to cut models so that you have room for the parts.
Best regards
when downloaded, only get one side of headers?
That is correct. The other side would just be a mirror of the file.
May i sell 3d prints from your files please ?
Hello, I really like your air filter designs. Would it be possible for me to print them and offer them on my website?
Thank you,
Matthew
Hi!
I uploaded the Chevy engine with Hilborn and standard intake but I can not find the standard intake. And a littlewish, could you do an older alternator with the earlier drive belt? It would look better with the Hilborn and the standard intake as the SBC have been around since 1954 (1955 year model) and have had an alternator since the mid sixties.
Regards. Kent.
Hello,
I am part of a large-scale modeling group and a lot of our modelers are very interested in your models you offer.
The problem is they do not have printers.
I would like to have your permission to purchase your files for them and supply them with the printed parts for their builds.
I will only charge them for time and material. I will purchase your files for every part(s) I supply to them and will not use any file more than once without purchasing it again.
Please let me know if I have your permission to supply your models to our group members.
Thank you
JV
Hi JV,
I have great respect for people respecting other people's work. And the method you want to use is exactly how it should be done.
You provide a printing service where each customer has to pay for the private license of a file they want you to print. Then it basically doesn't matter if they print it themself or have others print their file.
You are welcome and thank you for your honesty.
Kind regards
Thank you for your permission
Do I have your permission to display your images and offer them to fellow modelers and print them to fellow modelers who do not have access to a printer to print your files in modeling groups I belong to on Facebook?
Hi,
You are welcome to show off the models. I am a member of many of those groups myself. Nice communities.
Since it is a private license, each person who wants to have a model printed must pay for a license. You can buy the license for them and print. Several followers do it that way.
So - If you buy a new license for each, you are welcome to print for them. Thank you for your honesty and respect for the creator.
Thank you sir---I hope to increase your sales for you. Do you happen to offer a coupon?
It sound like a nice solution. And thank you for supporting. It means alot.
I have made you a coupon giving you 15%off. Add BILLIG to your purchase.
Kind regards
Thank you so much sir and thank you for your time
