AMD AM4 AM5 AIO bracket for Ryujin III and Galahad II

This is an AMD AIO bracket designed for the Ryujin III and, based on part number P00020696. According to the part number it should also be compatible with the Galahad II.

This design has been fully tested and is currently in use with my Ryujin III. Temperatures are stable, with lows of 30°C, an average of 40°C, and highs of 61°C on a 5950X.

It should be compatible with both AM4 and AM5 sockets.

Versions explained:
V1: This version uses the widely available M3x10mm bolt with an 5.25-5.5mm bolt head

V2: This version uses the original M3x10mm bolt with an 8mm bolt head. Note that these bolts are very hard to find so V1 is recommended.

V3: This version has a slightly larger diameter for the screw holes but are still M3. This also uses the M3x10mm bolt with an 8mm bolt head (with some added space). This version is mainly for people whose printer is not completely dialed in or uses a material with a lot of shrinkage.

Washers:
The thin version has a slightly thinner initial disk.

Required tools:
- Screwdriver
- 4x M5x10mm screw (default AMD socket screws)
- 4x M3x10mm+ screw, preferably bolt
- 4x Thumb nut

Do not print this using regular PLA or any other material that is sensitive to heat. I recommend using ABS or another heat-resistant material that won’t deform or weaken over time. The originals use PA66-GF30.

For easier printing, I suggest using the STL file without the CPU text. If you encounter issues with your printer, there is also a "higher-tolerance" version with slightly larger screw holes.

This bracket is designed to be screwed into the motherboard using the standard M5x10mm screws that should already be in place.

For securing the AIO to the bracket, you will need M3x10mm hexagonal bolts. You can also use other M3 screws as long as they are long enough. However, if they are not hexagonal bolts, they may spin freely unless secured. In my first prototype, I used regular screws because I didn't have hexagonal bolts, the plastic in this case was strong enough to keep them in place without turning. NOTE: The originals use a bolt with an 8mm head size. These are almost impossible to find so there's also the regular bolt head version which has an 5.6mm opening (M3 bolts usually have a 5.2-5.5mm head size)

For the thumbnuts, you can use any M3 variant, but I recommend ones that can be tightened with a screwdriver. If your motherboard is fully assembled, there won’t be much space to reach in and tighten them by hand.

I have also designed a washer with the same dimensions as the bottom of the original thumbnuts. These are not meant to be used as screws to mount the AIO onto the bracket.
