5.00 Inch Exhaust Fabrication Kit

KIT UPDATE!!!!
V2 bends now added to this kit, V1 and V2 are interchangeable with each other, regarding fitment V2 has 0mm tolerance between the male and female clip to give a tighter fit, meaning much better holding strength from one piece to another.

I have increased the size of the fillet underneath the male clip to reduce the amount of supports needed when printing.

I have also made the four main rotation angle markers longer, down the spine, then 90 degrees apart. This is to make it easier when looking at the rotation between sections.

All kits will also have 22.5 degree increment bends added to the kits.

DESCRIPTION
This fabrication kit includes everything you need to mock up a 5.00" tubing run. Every bend has a start piece and currently a selection of straight pieces(if you need another size drop a message), with the clips then ready to start your fabrication, then there are a range of angles in 9 and 15-degree increments, with two different center line radius. Each is also marked in increments of 15 degrees so you can accurately note the angles at which two pipes sit when translating your design, to further this, it also includes some extra tools for when converting this into metal, the mandrel bend cut markers allow you to turn larger bends like 90 degree into smaller angles, and the center line markers allow to accurately mark either 2 or 3 lines along the length of a 5.00” tube at either 180 degrees or 90 apart respectively.

The kit contains an expander that will fit into an existing pipe or V-band from 123-127.7mm, a start piece then attaches to this to allow you to carry on from existing pipe work, or start a new downpipe from scratch. The expander works by using the bolt that the start piece or end piece attaches with to compress and expand inside the tube, it also pulls the start piece or end piece in to make sure that it doesn’t move while mocking up. Larger systems will need added supports. It utilises an o-ring which is used to crip the pipe and also retract the clamps from the inside of the pipe.
